    The first workshop will typically be an introduction to TAYA where we ensure that all parts of the company understand what it is and why it is essential.

They cost from NOK 25,000,- excluding VAT. We customize the prices based on which workshop you choose and whether you want it in-person or digitally. Programs that span over several months and include multiple workshops are often done as a retainer (monthly hiring).

Depending on which workshop or program you choose, we have found that we can achieve results together after about 6 months. If you choose to run one or several workshops only, these usually last between 1 ½ to 2 ½ hours if conducted on video or 3-5 hours if conducted in person.

We are confident that the fundamental principles of trust, increased sales, and growth are suitable for most industries. It has been proven that companies with complex technological sales processes and long decision-making times have gained significant benefits from the TAYA methodology. This is due to the need for knowledge early in the customer journey.

The answer is both! It completely depends on the specific workshop and, in some cases, the size of the group or the location of the individuals. We have found that the results and feedback from participants have been equally positive, regardless of the format of the workshop.

Yes! In most cases, it would be wise to make adjustments so that your industry knowledge, terminology, and goals are included in the program.

You do! You will retain all the material used or developed in the program. We have experienced that most of the organizations we have worked with wanted to carry this forward to other departments or countries, and this will be useful for further use.
