Our process is designed so that you will get enormous value from the first second with us - completely free. If you like the growth initiatives, you can choose to realize them yourself or with us. The ideas are yours anyway and cost you nothing more than approx. 3 hours.

Based on the interview and your own research, we come up with 30+ ideas for how you can grow. These are preferably presented to the entire management team and are an exciting 90-minute session, where you sit back and are presented with 30+ ideas for growth, completely free of charge.

If you like the ideas we come up with, we put together a 90-day growth plan that contains activities, output, targets and budget. This plan is yours to own and share. If you want to realize all or part of it with us, we start a partnership where you subscribe to a tailored growth team.
